‘Heated Rivalry’ Stars Connor Storrie & Hudson Williams React to …

Reading Time: 4 minutes

Heated Rivalry has taken the nation by storm.

This is a good thing for television, for LGBTQ+ media, for HBO Max, for Canada, for viewers, and of course, for the actors.

But Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams have also become targets of invasive speculation about their real-life sexualities.

Their reactions to the chatter is pretty chill.

'Heated Rivalry' is a smash hit

What began as a faithful Canadian adaptation of Rachel Reid's novel has become a breakout hit in the United States by way of HBO Max and a much larger audience.

Storrie portrays Ilya Grigoryevich Rozanov, a Russian-born hockey player and captain of the Boston Raiders.

Williams plays Shane Hollander, an Ottawa-born hockey star of Japanese descent. He is the captain of the Montreal Metros.

The story covers these rival captains as widespread media coverage hypes up their apparent animosity on the ice.

In private, however, the two develop a sexual relationship. It begins casually, but intensifies over the years until it is no longer a secret.

The show has a compelling premise. LGBTQ+ sports fandom is larger than you might think (especially with hockey).

Real-world hockey players have remarked on how eerily similar the characters' stories are to their own lives when they were closeted.

Heated Rivalry comes out at a time when LGBTQ+ rights are under siege across the United States. Watching a show isn't activism, but representation does matter.

Also, the show has butts. Pretty famously, the series faithfully adapted the book's steamy scenes.

And that has put the two main stars in a pickle (pun unintended) when it comes to some frankly inappropriate fan speculation about their own lives.

Sexuality speculation about the real actors has run rampant

Storrie and Williams have unquestionable on-screen chemistry.

While speaking to Deadline, Williams discussed the speculation that the actors might themselves be part of the LGBTQ+ community.

He chalked this discussion up to "just the nature of celebrity." You know? He's not wrong.

"I think there's never a question for me, when I would dream of becoming in the public eye, that I would want just a level of privacy," he admitted. "But of course, I agree."

Williams affirmed: "I want queer people telling queer stories, but also, there's the element of Connor and I — we're best friends, and we love expressing that physically." They do have phenomenal chemistry.

Storrie emphasized in the same interview that he values having "a little bit of separation from the character in the show."

He expressed: "All I can really say is that I love Ilya, I love the community that this is a part of and that this caters to."

Storrie continued: "I think that's so much more interesting and valuable than doing just another run-of-the-mill, straight story." He's so right.

Speaking for himself, he added: "Who I date, who I sleep with, who this, that, whatever, I'm gonna keep that to myself."

Storrie concluded: "But regardless, I think this is super important, and I think also on top of that, it's just really cool."

An alleged ex is rumored to have been leaking old photos

According to various social media posts, including one on Reddit, a man claiming to be an ex of Storrie's has been attempting to show evidence of a past relationship.

Obviously, this is bad behavior. Either it's true, and he's betraying a former partner for, what, clout? Revenge? Or it's false, and it's a weird lie.

Speaking of weird, how is it 2026 and people are still doing the public speculation about actor sexualities?

Yes, it was annoying like 20 years ago when famously straight actors would win awards for playing gay roles while gay actors were told to remain in the closet. And yes, gay and bi actors are sometimes still discouraged from coming out for the sake of their careers.

But we just cannot be, as a society, outing or attempting to out actors. It's an inherently homophobic behavior. Also the people trying to find "proof" sound just a few steps removed from transvestigators.

Just enjoy the butts show like everyone else.

Harrison Ford Divorced: His History of Marriage, Explained

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Harrison Ford has been married and divorced multiple times.

Though his most famous relationship has been with Calista Flockhart, she is only his most recent wife.

Over the course of these relationships, Ford has also become a father to five children — one through adoption.

Here's a look at his romantic history, one that began long before he ever starred in a feature film. And here's where things stand today:

Harrison Ford & Mary Marquardt (1964 – 1979)

In 1964, Harrison Ford married Mary Marquardt.

This was around the time when he signed on with Colombia Pictures' new talent program — which saw him play minor background roles.

Together, Ford and Marquardt welcomed two sons: Ben in 1966 and Willard in 1969.

Ben Ford is a celebrity chef. He co-owns the LAX gastropub, Ford's Filling Station.

Willard previously owned Strong Sports Gym and the Kim Sing Theater.

He is currently the owner of the Ludwig Clothing company.

This first marriage, however, did not last. Just as his fame rose dramatically, Harrison Ford and Mary Marquardt divorced in 1979.

Harrison Ford & Melissa Mathison (1983 – 2004)

In March of 1983, Harrison Ford married Melissa Mathison, a screenwriter.

The couple welcomed their son, Malcolm Ford, in October of 1987.

Then, in June of 1990, Mathison gave birth to Ford's only daughter, Georgia Ford.

Malcolm Ford is a musician. He was previously in the band, The Dough Rollers.

It took years for Georgia to receive an epilepsy diagnosis despite her childhood seizures.

Now doing much better, she has a career in acting.

Harrison Ford and Melissa Mathison separated in 2000, and got divorced in 2004. In 2015, Mathison passed away after a battle with a neuroendocrine tumor.

He and Calista Flockhart married in 2010

At the 2002 Golden Globe Awards, Harrison Ford met Calista Flockhart.

Both were actors and household names, with Ford best known for Star Wars and Indiana Jones, and Flockhart for The Birdcage and, most especially, for the quintessentially '90s Ally McBeal.

In addition to being one of the best playing-off-of-a-CGI-screen-partner actors on the planet, James Marsden turns out to be a great third wheel.

He was, it turns out, part of Ford and Flockhart's first date.

Over Valentine's weekend in 2009, Ford proposed to Flockhart. She said yes.

On June 15, 2010, the two married in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Flockhart had adopted her son, Liam, in 2001.

Ford eventually adopted him as well, gushing about the experience of being a parent to a fifth child.

Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart have not divorced. They remain happily married to this day.

Gwen Stefani Pregnant: Is A ‘Miracle’ Baby With Blake Shelton Happening?

Reading Time: 4 minutes

First came love, then came marriage, but a pregnant Gwen Stefani? Is that really a possibility?

Ever since Gwen and Blake Shelton got together, fans have been eager for them to start a family of their own.

Rumors have been flying for years, with "sources" suggesting everything from medical miracles to secret pregnancies and beyond.

On the flip side, there have also been reports that the pair are headed for a split, but we choose to ignore that noise.

So, is Gwen Stefani, who turned 56 in October, pregnant? Let's discuss what we know.

Blake Shelton, his wife Gwen Stefani and her children pose during his Hollywood Walk of Fame Star ceremony, in 2023. ((Photo by FREDERIC J. BROWN/AFP via Getty Images))

Gwen Stefani & Blake Shelton Love Being Parents

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton started dating in late 2015, shortly after both of them divorced their respective spouses.

While they seemingly had nothing in common, it was clear from the start that they were perfectly aligned when it came to the importance of family.

Gwen gave birth to three children with her ex, Gavin Rossdale: Kingston, Zuma and Apollo.

Meanwhile, Blake had no children of his own with his ex-wife, Miranda Lambert. In fact, some insiders suggested that the lack of kids was the reason for their split.

From the moment Blake joined the family, it was clear he was eager to be a role model for Gwen's boys and took to being a "stepdad" even before it was official.

In fact, he's become such a mentor to the boys, he's even started helping them launch their own musical careers! How about that!

Is Gwen Stefani Pregnant with Blake Shelton's Child?

Cards on the table: no, Gwen isn't pregnant. At least, not that she has announced.

But it's not completely out of the question that these two will still have a kid together – especially since they have been trying for over 7 years!

Gwen and Blake did not get married until 2021, but for years before that, it was reported that the pair were "hyper-focused on getting pregnant."

Insiders close to the couple told outlets like Us Weekly that their bond was so strong, Blake and Gwen put having a kid ahead of getting married for many years.

"They believe there is still a chance for Gwen," said an Shelton insider. "They are incredibly hopeful."

Despite having 3 successful pregnancies, Gwen was in her late 40's when she started dating Blake.

While celebs like Janet Jackson welcomed children into their 50's, insiders explained that Gwen needed some help if she was going to conceive.

"Gwen would love to get pregnant, things with Blake are so perfect, having a baby with him would be the icing on the cake.," a Gwen insider told HollywoodLife.com.

"She's a big believer in alternative medicine so she wants to do it in the most natural way possible. She's been getting acupuncture and working with a Chinese herbalist to increase her fertility."

However, as we know, as of 2024, any attempts to have a baby have not proven fruitful yet.

Still, there is always adoption and surrogacy. And ,with them both off The Voice now, there would be no real time to focus on a family.

Gwen Stefani Loves Being A Mother

"I waited my whole life to be a mom. That's all I wanted, my entire life"

The rock star mom appeared on a 2024 episode of The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Show's podcast, and she discussed how hard it was to juggle her kids while working, even though she loved being a mom.

From working on her solo album to touring with No Doubt, Kingston was always by her side.

"It just felt so real and right. I got so ripped off on that tour because I was so sick. I ended up taking the baby when he was 9 months and going and doing a world tour, like 120 shows … We're in a hotel one day and I thought that I had to stop nursing because I was like, 'How am I going to nurse and be on stage?'"

With all that said, Gwen had thought, once upon a time, that she was too old to have another child. Then her oldest,  Kingston started asking her to have another sibling.

"I was like, 'I'm too old. I'm not having any more babies. I'm sorry, love,' " she said. "He just wanted a baby, so he would start praying every night for this baby. Four weeks later, praying every night like, 'Please, let my mom have a baby,' and I'm pregnant with Apollo."

Gwen calls that pregnancy a miracle. She also admits she's been lucky enough to have 3 miracles happen in her lifetime.

"[Hosting The Voice] was the second miracle. The first miracle was getting pregnant. The second was The Voice. And then the third was, obviously, meeting Blake."

Perhaps a fourth miracle is due? Fourth baby, fourth miracle – stranger things have happened!

Robert Carradine Suicide Confirmed by Authorities, So Very Sad

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Robert Carradine's manner of death has been confirmed by the Los Angeles Medical Examiner's Office following his passing on Monday, February 23.

The veteran actor — best known for riles in Lizzie McGuire and Revenge of the Nerds — did, indeed, take his own life earlier this week.

He was 71 years old.

"It is with profound sadness that we must share that our beloved father, grandfather, uncle, and brother Robert Carradine has passed away," a statement released by his family previously read.

"In a world that can feel so dark, Bobby was always a beacon on light to everyone around him."

The message continued as follows:

"We are bereft at the loss of this beautiful soul and want to acknowledge Bobby's valiant struggle against his nearly two-decade battle with bipolar disorder. We hope his journey can shine a light and encourage addressing the stigma that attaches to mental illness."

Robert's brother, actor Keith Carradine, elsewhere noted his family wanted the public to know about the struggles Robert faced, adding "there is no shame" in bipolar disorder.

"It is an illness that got the best of him," Keith told Deadline. "And I want to celebrate him for his struggle with it, and celebrate his beautiful soul. He was profoundly gifted, and we will miss him every day. We will take solace in how funny he could be, how wise and utterly accepting and tolerant he was. That's who my baby brother was."

Carradine got his onscreen start way back in the day opposite John Wayne in The Cowboys in 1972.

His big screen credits include Mean Streets in 1973 and the Oscar-winning film Coming Home in 1978, starring Jane Fonda and Jon Voight.

The veteran star was also known for starring in the comedy franchise Revenge of the Nerds … as one of the titular nerds, Lewis Skolnick… and for playing Hilary Duff's onscreen father, Sam, in the Lizzie McGuire and The Lizzie McGuire Movie, from 2001 to 2004.

"This one hurts," Duff wrote on Instagram. "It's really hard to face this reality about an old friend. There was so much warmth in the McGuire family and I always felt so cared for by my on-screen parents.

"I'll be forever grateful for that. I'm deeply sad to learn Bobby was suffering. My heart aches for him, his family, and everyone who loved him."

Lil Jon’s Son, DJ Young Slade, Drowned During Bad ‘Magic Mushroom’ Trip

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Earlier this month, police in Milton, Georgia confirmed that they'd found the remains of 27-year-old Nathan Smith in a pond near his home.

Nathan, who went by DJ Young Slade professionally, was the son of hip hop legend Lil Jon.

Now, we have new information regarding the circumstances that led to his death.

According to a report from TMZ, medical examiners have determined that Smith died from "drowning in the setting of psilocybin use."

Psilocybin is a hallucinogenic compound commonly found in so-called "magic mushrooms."

Investigators believe that Nathan drowned after fleeing his home while under the influence.

"We extend our deepest condolences to the Smith family during this difficult time. The department respectfully asks the community and members of the media to honor the family's request for privacy as they grieve and navigate this tragedy," reads a statement from law enforcement (via NBC News).

"I am extremely heartbroken for the tragic loss of our son, Nathan Smith. His mother (Nicole Smith) and I are devastated," Smith's father, Lil Jon, wrote on Instagram Thursday evening.

"Nathan was the kindest human being you would ever meet. He was immensely caring, thoughtful, polite, passionate, and warmhearted — he loved his family and the friends in his life to the fullest."

Below is our original coverage of Nathan's disappearance:

Disappearance of Nathan Smith Sparks Frantic Search in Georgia

We have troubling news to report out of the Atlanta area:

Lil Jon's son Nathan Murray Smith — who is professionally known as DJ Young Slade — has reportedly gone missing.

And sources tell TMZ that the disappearance of the 28-year-old is an active police matter.

Slade — legal name Nathan Murray Smith — reportedly ran out of his home on foot earlier this week and hasn't been seen since.

His family told police he doesn't have a phone, and he may be disoriented and in need of help.

"Family and friends are concerned for his safety," the Milton Police Department's report reads.

Police did not provide any information regarding Slade's possible reasons for fleeing his home on foot or where he may have been headed.

Slade — who is described as being 5'9″ and 150 pounds — was last seen near his home in Milton, Georgia, about 30 miles north of Atlanta.

Like his father, Slade is a hip hop DJ and producer.

The father-and-son duo have taken the stage together at numerous live events.

"The family is asking for privacy at this time," a rep for Lil Jon said in a statement issued moments ago.

"We are also asking for continued prayers for Nathan to come home safe. Thank you."

Officials are asking anyone who has seen Smith or has any information about Slade's whereabouts to call the Milton Police Department's non-emergency dispatch line at (678) 297-6300 option 1.

We will continue to update you on this developing story as new information becomes available.

Savannah Guthrie Makes Final Desperate Plea to Mother’s Kidnappers: ‘We Are …

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Earlier this week, Savannah Guthrie posted a video in which she offered $1 million to anyone who is able to provide information regarding the whereabouts of her mother, Nancy Guthrie.

Nancy disappeared from her home on the morning of February 1 and is believed to have been abducted.

Today, Savannah doubled down on her plea for information in another heartbreaking video.

"We need to know where she is. We need her to come home," Savannah said, adding:

"For that reason we are offering a family reward of up to $1 million for any information that leads us to her recovery."

Many have suggested that there's an ominous tone to Savannah's latest message, as she used the word "recovery" instead of "rescue."

But Savannah was speaking off the cuff here, and her use of that word might not be as significant as some are making it out to be.

"Someone out there knows something that can bring her home. Somebody knows," Savannah said, adding:

"All of the information about this reward and the details are in the caption below. You can call the 1-800 tipline. You can be anonymous if you want. And we are begging you to please come forward now."

"Please — be the one that brings her home," Savannah wrote in the caption to her clip, adding:

"Call 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324) or find a way to reach out to me.

"NOTE: Family reward of up to $1 million will be paid only for recovery of Nancy Guthrie, consistent with FBI criteria for payment of its reward in this case."

In other posts, Savannah has made it clear that the reward can be paid in cash, and no questions will be asked.

Investigators say they've received more than 1,600 tips in the days since Savannah first offered the $1 million reward.

Sadly, as the search enters its second month, it seems that police are no closer to locating Nancy.

They have concluded their search of Nancy's home, and Savannah has returned to her home in New York City after spending most of the past month in Tucson.

All parties involved in the search say that they have not given up their hope of finding Nancy alive.

We will have further updates on this developing story as new information becomes available.

Andy Cohen has shared an emotional message to Mary Cosby following the death of her son, Robert Cosby Jr.

The 23-year old died on February 23 in Utah after Salt Lake City authorities were alerted to a possible overdose. Truly awful.

During the Thursday episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, meanwhile, the program's appeared emotional as he spoke about the tragedy.

"Before we go, I want to send all my love and heartfelt condolences to Mary Cosby and her family after news broke yesterday about the tragic passing of Mary's son Robert Jr.," Cohen said on air, adding:

"This devastatingly sad news is every parent's worst nightmare. My heart breaks for Mary. I will always appreciate getting a small window into the unconditional love between Mary and Robert Jr."

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member confirmed the loss of her son earlier this week.

"Mary, you did such a good job," Cohen continued, before going on to praise the mother and son for opening up about Robert Jr.'s mental health and drug addiction during an episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.

"Our beloved son Robert Jr. has been called home to the Lord," Mary's post opened.

"Though our hearts ache, we take comfort in God's promise and in knowing he is finally at peace. We are grateful for your prayers and trust in the Lord to carry us through this time of sorrow."

On season 5 of the Bravo series, the majority of Mary's storyline revolved around learning of her son's severe drug addiction, which was brought to light in an emotional scene between parent and child.

"I started doing Xanax with Acid, and then Molly with Xanax," Robert revealed at the time. "I really like Xanax, so I mix it with everything. Xanax and cocaine. You know the regular 30mg Oxys? I noticed … this was, like, a turning point for me. I was taking 10 at once, and I couldn't even feel it."

We have yet to learn of a cause of death.

But most observers presume drug use was involved.

Cohen went on to commend Mary for doing "such a good job" for opening up about Robert Jr.'s mental health and drug addiction during an episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.

"I know their bravery and their vulnerability in sharing their story has helped and will continue to help countless people who are struggling," Cohen said. "Rest in peace Robert Jr. and thanks."

From what we've heard, filming on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 7 has been postponed due to this incident.

Cohen previously shared a message on his Instagram Stories about Robert Jr.'s death, shortly after the news broke.

"Devastatingly sad news out of SLC," the father of two Cohen wrote. "This is every parent's worst nightmare. My heart is broken for Mary, and I am sending all my love to her and Robert Sr."

Sydney Sweeney Models Her Own Lingerie, Which is Genius

Reading Time: 3 minutes

We'll never tire of seeing Sydney Sweeney's mind-breaking looks.

That goes for in film, on the red carpet, or when she's modeling her very own lingerie line.

Love or hate the brand name, Syrn is dropping its latest collection.

Who better to model the thongs and bralettes than Sydney herself?

Sydney Sweeney chats with Vanity Fair.
A smiling Sydney Sweeney participates in Vanity Fair's polygraph test. Not usable in court, but potentially entertaining. (Image Credit: Vanity Fair/YouTube)

She looks gorgeous and 'Comfy'

Ahead of the Wednesday, March 4 launch of her fourth (of four) collections, Sydney is modeling more of her lingerie.

As you can see in the jaw-dropping photos that her Syrn brand shared, this set of lingerie looks comfortable and casual.

That sounds fitting — as this is the Comfy collection.

Sydney is wearing high-waisted thongs alongside soft cotton bralettes.

And, as you can see, she's doubling up — modeling the white and black varieties at the same time.

In addition to the modeling photos, Sydney and her brand also shared a video.

The video shows her removing a top to reveal the Comfy bralette underneath.

Other moments show her lounging comfortably in bed and lounging uncomfortably (one assumes) over the side of a chair.

You know when you see a cat do an impossible stretch and go: "Sir, is that comfortable?"

It's like that, but with one of the hottest humans alive. Take a look:

Comfy does indeed look very comfortable

As we mentioned, this is the fourth of the collections that Sydney has unveiled since launching Syrn.

First came Seductress, which carried a femme fatale vibe featuring corsets and garters. Old school lingerie.

Then she released Romantic, which had a softer and lacier vibe.

Playful is, as the name suggests, more fun and sporty.

And now, of course, she's released Comfy.

Sydney Sweeney chats with GQ.
Though Sydney Sweeney disappointed some fans with her GQ interview that avoided making any clear or useful statements, she left others feeling relief. (Image Credit: GQ/YouTube)

Reactions are entirely predictable and, for the most part, seem to have nothing whatsoever to do with the clothes themselves.

Replies to Sydney's modeling pics are, first and foremost, filled with lust.

(Being horny is great! There is no reason to post about it in replies to her. Please be normal!)

After that, we see people booing and hissing at Sydney for daring to show her body. These are the usual sex-negative types who, for misogynistic and sometimes religious reasons, believe that it's somehow "immoral" for women to dress seductively, to model undergarments, or to otherwise be themselves.

There is also political commentary, mostly in the form of people seeking to wield Sydney as a cudgel over their favorite political grievance. It's unhinged. She's a real person, not some sort of amulet.

Sydney Sweeney chats with WIRED.
Being a very good sport, Sydney Sweeney answers the internet's questions about her. (Image Credit: Wired/YouTube)

She never asked to be a political lightning rod

It's true that Sydney has made choices over the years.

For example, in the past, she expressed frustration with the rampant sexualization of her every move.

More recently, with her bathwater soap sales and eye-popping red carpet looks, she's leaning into it. She has every right to!

More disappointing is her decision to play coy — which is functionally the same as doing nothing, yet slightly more annoying — when it comes to the way that fascists fawn over her.

They've put her in a no-win situation. It sucks. It also sucks that she and those advising her have done the math and opted against speaking out.

If people would be more normal about her, she could navigate the world as an alarmingly beautiful actress who's extremely talented — and not as a political lightning rod.

Shia LaBeouf Sentenced to Rehab After Possibly Being ‘Punched In Groin’ …

Reading Time: 2 minutes

It's been an eventful month in the life of Shia LaBeouf.

The troubled actor was sentenced to mandatory addiction treatment today in connection with his arrest last week after a bar fight in New Orleans.

But that's neither the beginning nor the end of LaBeouf's legal troubles.

First, let's address the court's ruling:

In addition to his mandatory rehab, Shia was forced to shell out $100,000 bond.

Orleans Parish Criminal Court Judge Simone Levine also addressed the fact that LaBeouf used an anti-gay slur during the fight.

She accused him of threatening "the safety of this larger community, especially relative to a marginalized community that has gone through so much terror."

Shia was ejected from a bar for violent behavior on February 16.

Witnesses say he came back "even more aggressive" and fought two men in the street outside the bar.

Police were called, and LaBeouf was briefly hospitalized for minor injuries before being taken to jail.

In addition to his treatment program, Shia must now submit to mandatory drug tests.

It was Shia's second brush with the law in as many weeks.

According to a new report from TMZ, cops were called to LaBeouf's New Orleans home on February 8.

An unidentified man complained that he was attacked and punched "in the groin" by an ex-girlfriend.

The punch reportedly caused the victim to "slump over and grimace due to the pain," but he refused medical treatment.

The man told police that he was showing the home to his new girlfriend when his old girlfriend showed up unannounced and attacked him.

He also said that he dated the alleged attacker briefly in November but had broken the relationship off by December.

LaBeouf reportedly moved to Los Angeles after ending his marriage to actress Mia Goth last year.

The exes have a child together, and it appears as though she still lives in Los Angeles.

Shia has a long history of substance abuse and mental health issues, and we hope these latest events will lead him to get the sort of help he needs.

Pink Replacing Kelly Clarkson as Permanent TV Host?

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Some time after initial reports, Kelly Clarkson confirmed the end of her talk show.

But the seven-season series isn't ending right away.

Pink is just one of multiple guest hosts.

She is also reportedly under strong consideration to take Clarkson's place on a permanent basis.

Look who's coming to guest host

Earlier this year, news broke that Pink would be guest hosting during an auspicious time of yer.

"I've played stadiums and danced on the side of buildings, but stepping in to guest host for my girl Kelly Clarkson is a brand new feat," she said in a statement at the time.

Pink then expressed: "Let's celebrate women, joy, resilience and whatever else comes our way!"

She is just one of multiple guest hosts for Clarkson's audience during this seventh and final season.

It just so happens that Pink will be guest hosting during a week that celebrates women who are working to make the world a better place.

These episodes are expected to include a blend of performances, big conversations with women in the entertainment industry, and shining a light on people who are improving their own communities.

If you've been paying attention to the current horrors of our world, you know how important all of this work is.

And while women can be and sometimes are part of the broader problem, they are not the majority by any margin. Members of groups that are marginalized by the greatest evils in our society will always be part of the key to making things better.

(Sorry, but it's important to remember that there's more to this than a generic girl power montage.)

The only impermanent part of this may be the 'guest' label

Now, Page Six is reporting that Pink may end up stepping up as a full-time host of the show.

"She's been guest-hosting," an inside source shared.

(Remember, The Kelly Clarkson Show films days before the episodes actually air.)

"And," the insider assessed, "it seems she's doing very well, and that's the plan."

We do not know how far along the alleged process of ironing out this plan for Pink may be. No one seems to be sure.

No one — from NBC to Pink herself — has confirmed this reporting.

Additionally, we have to acknowledge a recent report that appeared to be false.

Multiple outlets — including some very reputable ones — reported that Pink and her husband had separated.

Pink personally debunked the claim, announcing that it was untrue. Or, at the very least, that it was news to her.

Was she the victim of a well-placed prank? Is there something more to this story?

Were the erroneous split rumors part of this?

It is possible that verified, reliable sources close to Pink were mistaken about her marital status. It can happen — but it's the worst nightmare for both reporting and celebrities.

At the same time, it is possible that someone made a false story appear real on purpose.

In the political world, these are often "trial balloon" stories leaked to the media to see how the public responds.

Some on social media are speculating that someone leaked a phony breakup story to draw more eyes to Pink and to her guest-hosting stint.

The timing is admittedly odd. But we haven't seen any evidence of that. And we doubt that she'd thank such a person for their trouble.

Man Arrested Outside Nancy Guthrie’s Home as Tips Pour In Following $1 Million …

Reading Time: 2 minutes

For the first time in a long time, there's reason to be hopeful about the investigation into the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie.

On Thursday, a man was arrested outside Nancy's home under bizarre circumstances.

Just hours after police completed their investigation and turned the home back over to the Guthrie family, a photographer noticed that a man had driven by the house "50 to 100 times" in a single day.

According to a report from Radar Online, police spoke to the man "for a significant amount of time."

The man was arrested on DUI charges after allegedly failing a field sobriety test.

The news comes after police revealed new footage of multiple cars driving past Nancy's property on the night that she disappeared.

It's not clear at this time if the car of the man who was arrested matches the description of any of the cars that were seen that night.

Earlier this week, Savannah Guthrie offered a $1 million reward to anyone with information about her mother's disappearance.

The reward has already yielded results, with investigators revealing that they've received more than 1,600 tips in just a few days.

Obviously, not all of those tips will turn out to be useful. But several neighbors have come forward with accounts of "suspicious" men seen lurking around Nancy's property in the days before she was abducted.

"He was kind of younger, and he just didn't look like he was going out for a walk," one neighbor said (via Radar Online), adding:

"He just didn't fit."

"He didn't have your typical walking gear on, and he had his hat pulled really far over his eyes," another neighbor remarked.

Insiders say Savannah has now returned to New York City after spending most of the past month in Tucson assisting in the search for her mother.

"She gave Arizona everything she had," a source close to the situation told journalist Rob Shuter this week.

"Every ounce of energy went into finding her mom. She can leave knowing she did absolutely everything possible."

As the search for Nancy enters its second month, the likelihood of a positive outcome seems minimal.

But investigators say they have not given up hope and will continue to operate under the assumption that the 84-year-old is still alive.

We will have further updates on this developing story as new information becomes available.

Amy Slaton Undergoes Long-Needed Eye Surgery on ‘1000-lb Sisters’

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Brace yourselves.

This season of 1000-lb Sisters has seen Amy and Tammy clash without end.

But there are also personal storylines — like Amy's long-needed eye surgery — that play out on screen.

Meanwhile, she's also launching her tour.

If eye surgery is one of your squicks, this episode might not be for you

A graphic sneak peek clip of next week's 1000-lb Sisters shows that Amy is undergoing eye surgery.

The clip actually shows the incision into the eye.

In 2015, Amy first shared ah she had ocular toxoplasmosis.

The parasitic eye infection is rare. And she has had it since birth.

Amy is legally blind because of the condition.

In the procedure, the doctors operated on both of Amy's eyes.

Naturally, husband Brian Lovvorn was anxious. (At the time of the filming, he was her fiance.)

Any time that a person is under general anesthesia, there is a risk that they might not wake up.

Fortunately, we know a spoiler: Amy recovered. This surgery took place months ago.

The episode itself will air on March 3. But be warned: it's not for the faint of heart.

She's going on tour!

On a considerably less gruesome note, Amy also just announced her upcoming tour.

The "My Bills Are Paid" tour — a name which likely needs no explanation — is coming to multiple locations from now through June.

The five different locations are all in Kentucky and Illinois.

Obviously, fans are expressing their excitement for Amy's tour, even if some wonder what she'll be like during a tour.

Others are asking for — or outright demanding — more stops so that more people will get the chance to attend.

Hopefully, this limited tour is just a dry run for something bigger.

Amy has plenty of fans who might cross state lines to see her, but wouldn't cross time zones to do so.

(She absolutely has fans in other countries, in other hemispheres, but admittedly her touring options may be a little limited.)

Realistically, if this tour goes well, she could make plans for more stops in more states.

From now until June, it's up to fans within range to show up to display their interest.

We're all hoping for the best for these sisters

Amy has gone through major highs and lows throughout Season 8.

The rift between the Slaton sisters has been painful for everyone.

It has also polarized fans.

Will Tammy launch her own tour?

Or will we one day see the Slatons touring together after fully mending fences?
