Obviously, breaking up with Cardi B would hit hard for anyone.

But just how bitter is Stefon Diggs about his ex?

An alleged screenshot showed him posting extremely unkind words about the rapper.

Is it real? What does Diggs have to say for himself?

‘The wrong decision I made’

32-year-old Diggs appeared to have a lot to say about his ex.

“Appeared to” is a key part of that sentence, as we’ll explain.

Entertainment SA, a South African entertainment news brand, shared an image on their Instagram page.

The apparent screenshot featured something resembling a Story post from Diggs.

“The wrong decision I made recently…” the post began. “Falling in love with a wh–e with 3 kids.”

The post continued, claiming that this “Brought bad luck to life, business, endorsements, & partners.”

In conclusion, the post attributed to Diggs alleged that this had: “Stained my status.”

Given Cardi B’s level of fame, it seems more likely that their entanglement raised people’s awareness of who he is.

(Diggs is a football player. He played for a team called the New England Patriots until very recently, as the team released him during what’s called the “offseason,” which will end this summer.)

However, it is conceivable for a famous (in the sports world) athlete to believe that dating a famous woman didn’t do him any favors. But did Diggs really say any of that?

‘Stop lying’

“I would never say no goofy ass s–t like this,” Diggs commented under the page’s post.

“Nor would I speak on the mother of my kid like that,” he added.

Diggs then advised the page to “stop lying to the internet for clicks [before] your page disappear.”

It seems that, for a time, his comment was pinned by the page.

That is no longer the case. Some commenters accuse the page of burying his comment in an effort to conceal the truth.

Cardi has three children with her (previous) ex, Offset. Those are 7-year-old Kulture, 4-year-old Wave, and 1-year-old Blossom.

Her fourth child is by Diggs. They welcomed this child in November of 2025.

There are no indications that Diggs posted that Instagram Story post at any time.

That doesn’t mean that the page was knowingly spreading falsehoods. Anyone could have conceivably whipped up a fake screenshot and sent it in as a “tip.”

It’s sad that there is such rampant misogyny in the world that there are real men who might write something like that. But Diggs did not, and that’s important.

Ed Sheeran Reveals Shaved Head, Herpes Zoster Infection That Ruined His Month

Sometimes a life update is also a health update.

Nearly two months after his last post, Ed Sheeran is essentially reintroducing himself to fans.

He’s displaying his freshly buzzed head and catching people up on what he’s been up to.

And he’s opening up about the viral infection that played a role in his recent silence.

He’s okay (at least, he’s on the mend)

Just shy of two months after his most recent post, Sheeran took to Instagram to share a photodump and a major life update.

“Yes I’ve shaved my hair,” the singer acknowledged.

“I wanted to shave it to signify a fresh start,” he explained.

Sheeran affirmed: “A lot of new beginnings in my life atm.”

He then revealed: “I love it, thinking of keeping it this way.”

Additionally, Sheeran shared a lot of updates about his music and tour dates and such.

He revealed that he had finally watched Stranger Things — the entire series — after putting it off for the past decade.

Sheeran admitted that he is particularly partial to Season 4.

He also recommended the 2022 novel, Demon Copperhead, by Barbara Kingsolver. The book addresses poverty and fallout from the opioid epidemic in rural Appalachia, with nods to Dickensian works.

Then he revealed the health condition that had plagued him for weeks.

‘Wouldn’t recommend it’

Where he recommends Stranger Things and Demon Copperhead, Sheeran does not feel the same way about herpes zoster.

“I’ve had shingles for the last month,” he wrote.

“Wouldn’t recommend it,” the singer then understated.

“But,” Sheeran assured his fans and followers, “on the mend now.”

Shingles is herpes zoster. This famously agonizing viral infection is caused by the chickenpox virus — lurking in the human body for years or even decades before manifesting in a painful flare-up.

Anyone who has had chickenpox is at an increased risk of developing this deeply painful condition.

(Yes, that means that the people who insist that “chickenpox parties” are harmless and a good idea are putting their children at risk. Which … is pretty obvious, actually.)

A normal shingles outbreak tends to last for about a month or so. The agonizing blisters can be even more painful, depending upon their location — and they can even be internal.

However, some people end up suffering from chronic shingles. This takes a situation from being one of the worst months of the patient’s life to being a disability that spans years or decades.

We are relieved to hear that Sheeran is on the mend. A shingles vaccine exists. If you have access to healthcare, it’s worth talking to your doctor about making sure that this nightmare never happens to you.

Kim Zolciak Loses Primary Custody of Her Children Amid Neglect Allegations

Kim Zolciak is at the center of a custody battle — and once again, the court seems to be siding with her ex.

According to a report from Page Six, a judge has awarded primary custody of the former couple’s children to Kroy Biermann.

And yes, this would be the second time Kim Zolciak has lost primary custody amid the pair’s ongoing and highly contentious divorce.

The decision comes after Biermann accused Zolciak of neglect, an allegation that was central to the court’s ruling.

Biermann claimed Zolciak’s behavior raised serious concerns about the children’s well-being, prompting legal action to change the custody arrangement.

In court filings obtained by Page Six, Biermann alleged that Zolciak had been “absent from the home for extended periods of time” and that her actions had negatively impacted their children.

He also claimed the situation had reached a point where intervention was necessary, stating that the kids were being placed in an “unsafe environment.”

Zolciak, for her part, has pushed back against these claims.

“The judge’s decision is temporary until our return court date on May 21st, when we will have the opportunity for a full hearing,” the Bravo star told TMZ.

“While I want this process to be over for my children more than anything, I am looking forward to our court date on May 21st, when we will finally be provided with an opportunity to present the truth,” she continued.

This latest development is just the newest chapter in what has become an increasingly volatile split between the former couple, whose divorce proceedings have included multiple legal filings, police visits, and public accusations.

This is not the first time custody has shifted in Biermann’s favor. And it’s not the first time that Zolciak has been accused of some very bad parenting.

For now, the court’s ruling places primary custody with Biermann as the case continues to unfold, with both sides still very much at odds over what is best for their children.

Mike Sorrentino Addresses Alleged Ronnie Magro Relapse: ‘My Heart Is Heavy’

If you’ve been paying any attention to the current Jersey Shore press tour (the show returns for its final season on May 7), then you’re probably aware that there have been some very awkward moments involving Ronnie Ortiz-Magro.

First, Ronnie was “too messed up” to speak with reporters during a red carpet event.

Then came an incident in which Magro seemed to nod off during a group interview with SiriusXM.

These developments are especially concerning given the reality star’s history.

Ronnie’s battle with substance abuse has been well-documented, but fans were under the impression that he had been sober for the past several years.

While we don’t know anything for certain, many now believe that Ronnie may have fallen off the wagon.

And those suspicions seem to have been confirmed by Mike Sorrentino’s recent Instagram Story about Ronnie.

Sorrentino is also a recovering addict.

Now sober for over 10 years, Mike has used his experience to help others get clean, and he says he would be open to helping Ronnie — if Ronnie decides he wants help.

“I want to be clear that I am not responsible for the actions of any other cast member. At the same time, my heart is heavy seeing what Ron, a grown adult, chose to present during press,” Sorrentino wrote.

“This situation is still developing, and while I do not know the full extent of what he may be going through, I do know it is separate from my path. I will help where I can, including through my organization, The Archangel Centers,” Mike continued, adding:

“I reached out to check in and offer my support, and I am still waiting to hear back. If he is willing, I will be there for him.

“My heart is with anyone who is struggling. I have worked hard to protect my sobriety for nearly 11 years, and I honor that every day while continuing to show up with compassion for others.”

Mike stopped just short of confirming that his longtime friend and castmate has indeed suffered a relapse.

But it’s clear that he’s concerned and that he’s willing to do whatever it takes to help his friend get well. We hope that Ronnie will eventually avail himself of whatever kind of support he needs.

LeAnn Rimes Worries Fans, Reveals ‘Severe Illness’

Now we know.

Very recently, LeAnn Rimes alarmed fans with a bizarre anniversary tribute to husband Eddie Cibrian.

Many interpreted the post as buildup to divorce, but we pointed out at the time that the problem didn’t seem to be their marriage.

Now, LeAnn is “heartbroken” to open up about the “severe illness” that has turned her life upside down.

‘I am unable to travel’

On Wednesday, April 29, Rimes took to her Instagram Story to share some difficult news.

“Due to severe illness, I am unable to travel & perform this week,” she began her text post.

“I’m sorry to share that the upcoming shows in Spokane and Seattle will be rescheduled,” Rimes revealed.

“Also, good news,” she added, “as we will be seeing you very soon.”

The new dates, originally scheduled for April 30 in Spokane and May 1 in Seattle, will go down on May 31 and June 2. Washington residents will only need to wait about a month.

“I am truly heartbroken to have to reschedule,” Rimes expressed.

“And,” she added, “I am so very grateful for your kindness and continued support as I recover.”

That is a very polite way of asking people to be kind and patient about a rescheduling.

“I look forward to being back on stage and seeing you very soon,” she assured.

The singer concluded her post with a simple: “Love, LeAnn.”

She didn’t specify what the illness was

Over the years, Rimes has had some serious health issues.

There was her memorable cancer scare back in the winter of 2024.

And, early last summer, LeAnn’s teeth fell out on stage.

She has had numerous dental surgeries. (It is unclear if this is related to her constant smoking. If you aren’t aware, she is only 43 years old.)

This illness seems unrelated. But there are hints that it may have been ongoing.

Fans also cannot help but think of her odd tribute to her marriage.

Most anniversary posts do not mention “heart wrenching things happening at home with family” in such a public manner.

“Tears and worry” are not a traditional 15th wedding anniversary gift, after all.

However, is this how LeAnn would refer to the “severe illness” that she has now disclosed without identifying?

It’s entirely possible that something else is going on. If that’s true, then it’s sad that she’s sick on top of everything else.

Jeffrey Epstein Suicide Note: Why It Remains Sealed 7 Years After His Death

Amid the slow release of the Epstein files over the past year, one key piece of evidence remains sealed nearly seven years after the sex trafficker’s death.

According to a new report from the New York Times, Epstein wrote a suicide note shortly after his arrest in 2019.

And despite an ongoing clamor for more information about the disgraced financier’s final days, the contents of the note remain a mystery. But that could soon change.

The existence of the note was first revealed by Epstein’s former cellmate, a disgraced ex-cop named Nicholas Tartaglione.

According to the Times, the note has been sealed ever since as part of the kidnapping and murder case that has landed Tartaglione behind bars for life.

Tartaglione told investigators that he found the note tucked between the pages of a book.

“I opened the book to read, and there it was,” he recalled.

While the most of the note’s contents remain a mystery, Tartaglione alleges that Epstein lashed out at investigators, who, he says, “found nothing” while building their sex-trafficking case.

“What do you want me to do, bust out crying? Time to say goodbye,” Epstein allegedly wrote at one point in the note.

The Times notes that investigators looking into Epstein’s death “lacked a key piece of evidence” that might have led to a greater understanding of the inmates final days.

“The New York Times on Thursday petitioned a federal judge to unseal the note. The Times has not seen the note, and a Justice Department spokeswoman said the agency had not seen it,” the outlet revealed this week.

Following an inquiry into the circumstances of Epstein’s death, a Department of Justice Office of Inspector General slammed the jail over “negligence, misconduct, and outright job performance failures” before agreeing with the conclusion that Epstein had taken his own life.

The note in question was allegedly written before Epstein’s unsuccessful suicide attempt several weeks before he died in his jail cell.

The judge who was petitioned by the New York Times has not yet made a decision regarding the unsealing of the note.

Jinger Duggar Explains Why She ‘Disconnected’ on Podcast About Joseph’s …

Joseph Duggar’s arrest has left the entire family rattled — some more than others.

During a recent podcast episode, Jinger discussed how the cult’s theology turned into a family curse.

Sort of. It was really mostly her husband who did the talking, even though it was about her family and her disgraced brothers.

Jinger promises that she can explain why she was so “disconnected.” She wants fans to know that she’ll be okay.

‘It’s been a heavy season that reopened old wounds’

During the recent episode of The Jinger & Jeremy Podcast, the titular hosts delved into the IBLP cult and how it can lead to things like Josh’s incarceration and Joseph’s arrest.

Admittedly, they made some decent points — like how the isolation of people to “protect” them from the world endangers them.

They could have gone further than they did. Arguably, there are ideological barriers. But it was a refreshing stance from Duggars.

But though we reported on Jinger’s words at the time, her husband did the majority of the talking.

Numerous fans and watchers observed that it seemed like Jinger spoke very little, and not just in the normal conservative wife way. It was almost as if she were spacing out.

During a follow-up Instagram Q&A, Jinger used her Stories to respond to fan questions — including one that observed that she looked “disconnected” during the video.

As you can see in the screenshot below, captured by The Ashley before its deletion, Jinger selected this and gave a public response.

“Thanks for asking. It’s been a heavy season that reopened old wounds,” she began.

(As we have explained in the past, “season” has become a popular piece of diction among evangelical Christians, referring not to weather or television, but to chapters of their lives.)

“I wanted to talk about these things on the pod,” Jinger expressed. “And at the same time, it’s honestly so hard to do.

‘I see brighter days ahead’

“I’ve been plugged in deep with my community here,” she assured, indicating that she isn’t isolating.

At the same time, Jinger has been “not as active on socials.” That is very wise.

She added that she has been “enjoying fun days with my little fam.”

Jinger concluded by saying that her “God is giving me help as I see brighter days ahead.”

In other words, she’s hoping to let fans know that she has a support system in place and is coping as well as she can.

In 2015, the world learned that Josh had, as a teenager, molested five young girls. Four of his victims were his own little sisters.

At the time, Jim Bob and Michelle trotted out Jessa and Jill to go on Fox News and tell Megyn Kelly (who else?) that their brother’s sex abuse wasn’t as bad as people thought. TLC canceled the show anyway, but gave them a Josh-free spinoff.

Without speculating about who the other victims may have been, Jinger’s preoccupation makes sense.

Discussions of topics that hit close to home prompt different reactions from anyone with trauma.

It is very common for someone to dissociate, mentally distancing themselves from their current surroundings as a protective safeguard, when something so upsetting is under discussion.
