Janelle Brown Granted Spiritual Release from Ex, Declares: I’M FREE!

Janelle Brown is no longer a married woman.

In the eyes of her church, that is.

The long-time Sister Wives cast member walked away from Kody Brown and their relationship just about three years ago… but in the eyes of the Apostolic United Brethren and the polygamous universe?

The two still had a spiritual connection.

On the January 4 episode of this TLC reality show, however, the 56-year old is granted a "release" from this organization, which is basically a religious divorce.

"I have it," Janelle says in a preview of the installment published by People Magazine, while holding up the release document.

"That was easy. I thought I was going to have to come back for a second meeting. I am free. I am free. I am free. I am free."

Hmmmm. Think she's happy about this decision?

After her meeting with church leaders in the aforementioned footage, Janelle said she doesn't know "what I was worried about," adding:

"They were all very kind. They'd granted me the release. So there was really kind of a shift in my energy, and I think maybe it must have really meant something deep down that I'm sort of not always paying attention to. So I'm glad I did this."

Earlier on Season 20, Janelle admitted that she had thought at one point about getting back together with Kody.

But these episodes were filmed many months ago; on social media, she has sounded quite happy with her single life ever since.

In this clip, Janelle adds that the church leaders told her they'd handle "calling Kody and telling him what had happened."

"As I was leaving, I just kind of felt free," she went on. "I felt like a weight had lifted off me. So, somewhere in the back of my mind, this must have been more important than I realized to have this done."

We can only imagine, yeah.

As she looks to really start a new life chapter, Janelle has strongly hinted of late that she may leave Sister Wives entirely.

Reflecting on her relationship with Kody, from whom she split from in 2022 after a 29-year spiritual union, Janelle said she was "married to him longer than I was single."

"You know, look, I don't regret anything in the last 30 years," said Janelle, who shares kids Logan, Madison, Hunter, Gabriel, Savanah and late son Garrison with Kody.

"I love the family that we have, and I would do it all again in order to get the family and the kids that we have. [It] just is sort of like that chapter has ended."

Janelle emphasized on in an April episode of Sister Wives that she had "never really thought about a spiritual divorce" from Kody until Meri had gone ahead and gotten one.

"It didn't even occur to me because [I'm] really not part of that church anymore," she said back then. "Then when Meri got one, I'm like, huh."

Mickey Lee: Ava Pearl Death Prediction Video Resurfaces After ‘Big Brother’ …

Ava Pearl predicted the tragic death of Mickey Lee.

The video of the prediction, from mere months before Mickey's December 25 passing, has resurfaced.

Over the years, there have been lighthearted predictions — a Real Housewife accurately nailing how long another's marriage would last, for example.

This, however, is a grim foretelling of a young woman's death at 35. Take a look at the Big Brother clip.

Ava Pearl never meant to predict that Mickey Lee would die young

Both Mickey Lee and Ava Pearl appeared on Season 27 of Big Brother.

This particular season ran from July to September of 2025 — ending just three months before Mickey's death.

In the video clip that has resurfaced on Instagram and beyond, Lee is laughing as she describes Ava reading her palm.

Palmistry, or palm-reading, is a divisive form of divination and often characterized as a pseudoscience. There are many conflicting interpretations of the human palm, and (with respect to people's spiritual beliefs) none seem to have any real bearing upon a person's future.

Except that, in this case, Ava's palm-reading was grimly accurate.

In the clip, Mickey does not sound like someone who feels shaken by the prediction of her premature death.

"She was like, 'This is the lifeline. Oh, it's kinda short,'" she tells Ashley about Ava's remark upon reading her palm.

Mickey laughs.

Ashley does agree that Ava "freaked out" while attempting to read Mickey's palm.

"Mickey's like, 'Does that mean I'm going to die early?'" Ashley describes. "She's like, 'Um, you know… let me do Ashley's.' And then she reads mine and she's like, 'Oo, I see a long life line for you.'"

She will always be part of 'Big Brother' history

During Season 27 of Big Brother, Mickey Lee became Head of Household during week four.

She would go on to win a competition in week six.

In week eight, she was nominated alongside Ashley Hollis — who would go on to win the season. Mickey, however, received an eviction.

This meant that Mickey spent 598 days in the house, finishing in tenth place — and was the final houseguest to depart before the jury phase.

This was her first real foray into the spotlight. It would, tragically, be her last.

As we previously reported, Mickey's family revealed her death in a post. She died on December 25, mere months after her time on reality TV came to an end.

"With profound sadness, the family of Mickey Lee announces her transition on Christmas in the early evening," the family statement began.

"Mickey captured the hearts of audiences nationwide through her appearance on 'Big Brother,'" her family continued.

They wrote: "Where her authenticity, strength and spirit left a lasting impression on fans and fellow cast members alike."

The statement concluded: "She will be remembered for the joy she brought into the lives of so many and for the genuine connections she formed on and offscreen."

We don't think that Ava Pearl is a seer, folks

Even people who are big fans of divination (be it Tarot cards or something else) in their spiritual or religious practice tend to be leery or even vocally critical of palmistry.

However, there's no denying that it is downright eerie that a 35-year-old woman was told that her lifeline was "short" just a few months before her death.

As we reported, Mickey Lee died following multiple cardiac arrests. Mickey had been battling the flu. She also was born with a hole in her heart.

We here at THG cannot verify that Ava Pearl possesses mystical powers to divine people's life expectancies. It seems most likely that this is a tragic coincidence.

Our hearts go out to Mickey's family and loved ones at this time. There is no good time to lose a loved one, but the holidays can hit particularly hard — at the time, and every year into the future.

Kathy Griffin Describes Late ‘Wife-Beating Pedophile’ Brother & Recalls …

Kathy Griffin understands Romy Reiner's fear of her brother.

In December, the horrific murder of Michele and Rob Reiner led to the arrest of their own son, Nick.

Since then, critics have second-guessed every choice that the parents made before their grisly deaths.

Kathy is clapping back — recalling the alleged crimes and the death of her "pedophile" oldest brother, and how he nearly tore apart her family.

Kathy Griffin is all too familiar with what the Reiner family must have gone through for years

Soon after his arrest, reports shed light on 32-year-old Nick Reiner's diagnosis of schizophrenia and his lengthy battle with substance abuse.

On her YouTube channel, Kathy Griffin is discussing her own family's struggle. Her eldest brother, Kenneth, cast a shadow across much of her life until he died in 2001.

Kathy is not one to mince words. She refers to her late brother "as a wife-beating pedophile."

She has not spoken about her brother much since her first book, which came out in 2009. At the time, her family was distressed that she was airing dirty laundry in this manner.

"Well, my eldest brother, Kenneth — who is now dead, thank God — he was a crack addict," Kathy told her followers.

"He lived on the streets, was extremely violent," she described.

According to Kathy, her late eldest brother "probably had an undiagnosed mental illness that obviously did not go well with crack cocaine."

Sometimes, people self-medicate with substances, legal or otherwise, that actually alleviate some symptoms. In other cases, the substances make a bad situation worse.

"I can just tell you it was heartbreaking watching my parents try to save him his whole life," Kathy expressed. The problems she said, began in Kenneth's teens.

According to her, Kenneth was both 'violent' and a 'pedophile'

"I will tell you that I remember from the age of 10," Kathy Griffin recalled. "His first wife telling me and me alone, that he beat her so badly that it was almost inconceivable."

As an adult, Kathy is aware that this was a strange and inappropriate thing to tell a 10-year-old under most circumstances. However, cries for help do not always make sense.

She recalled her now-former sister-in-law telling her that Kenneth would "beat her and then push her out of their apartment naked."

Kathy continued: "And she would be locked out of their apartment, where there was a courtyard, beaten and naked."

Kenneth's "longtime girlfriend" also described him as "violent." However, she had more to reveal — something that haunts Kathy to this day.

"His girlfriend told me that he was molesting one boy and one girl that she knew of," Kathy revealed.

"So for all the ways that the Trumpers used the word 'pedo' and all the stuff that we have learned about Jeffrey Epstein," she remarked

Kathy emphasized: "Let me tell you something, having your oldest brother be a pedophile is something that you don't ever grow out of."

She bluntly explained: "You don't get over it. I wanted to kill him because all I could think about were those children."

Kathy continued: "And the expression, 'blood is thicker than water,' was not true in my case. I didn't give a f–k that he was my older brother. And I did not want to protect him."

Saying that the Reiners should have had in-house security or whatever accomplishes nothing except blame two murder victims

Kathy Griffin went on to admit that she spent years "in and out of separation" from her family because they remained in contact with Kenneth. They seemed to be in denial at times, blaming all of his behaviors upon drug use.

Though Kathy repeatedly contacted authorities, she said that the LAPD "would never do anything about it" without a victim coming forward.

Kathy said that her father at one point intervened when Kenneth became violent in front of the family. It didn't "fix" him, but it did stop her brother in his tracks for the moment.

One time, Kathy recalled, her father had called Kenneth and told him that she "really thinks you are a child molester." According to Kathy, her brother replied: "I do what I do."

As someone who spent years hearing chilling words like that and avoiding a monster in her own family, Kathy doesn't want to hear anyone second-guessing or victim-blaming Rob and Michele Reiner.

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton started dating in late 2015, shortly after both of them divorced their respective spouses.

While they seemingly had nothing in common, it was clear from the start that they were perfectly aligned when it came to the importance of family.

Gwen gave birth to three children with her ex, Gavin Rossdale: Kingston, Zuma and Apollo.

Meanwhile, Blake had no children of his own with his ex-wife, Miranda Lambert. In fact, some insiders suggested that the lack of kids was the reason for their split. 

From the moment Blake joined the family, it was clear he was eager to be a role model for Gwen's boys and took to being a "stepdad" even before it was official.

Cards on the table: no, Gwen isn't pregnant. At least, not that she has announced. 

But it's not completely out of the question that these two will still have a kid together – especially since they have been trying for over 7 years!

Gwen and Blake did not get married until 2021, but for years before that, it was reported that the pair were "hyper-focused on getting pregnant."

Insiders close to the couple told outlets like Us Weekly that their bond was so strong, Blake and Gwen put having a kid ahead of getting married for many years.

"They believe there is still a chance for Gwen," said an Shelton insider. "They are incredibly hopeful."

Despite having 3 successful pregnancies, Gwen was in her late 40's when she started dating Blake.

While celebs like Janet Jackson welcomed children into their 50's, insiders explained that Gwen needed some help if she was going to conceive. 

"Gwen would love to get pregnant, things with Blake are so perfect, having a baby with him would be the icing on the cake.," a Gwen insider told HollywoodLife.com. 

"She's a big believer in alternative medicine so she wants to do it in the most natural way possible. She's been getting acupuncture and working with a Chinese herbalist to increase her fertility."

However, as we know, as of 2024, any attempts to have a baby have not proven fruitful yet. 

Still, there is always adoption and surrogacy. And ,with them both off The Voice now, there would be no real time to focus on a family.

Gwen Stefani Loves Being A Mother 

"I waited my whole life to be a mom. That's all I wanted, my entire life"

The rock star mom appeared on a 2024 episode of The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Show's podcast, and she discussed how hard it was to juggle her kids while working, even though she loved being a mom. 

From working on her solo album to touring with No Doubt, Kingston was always by her side.

"It just felt so real and right. I got so ripped off on that tour because I was so sick. I ended up taking the baby when he was 9 months and going and doing a world tour, like 120 shows … We're in a hotel one day and I thought that I had to stop nursing because I was like, 'How am I going to nurse and be on stage?'"

With all that said, Gwen had thought, once upon a time, that she was too old to have another child. Then her oldest,  Kingston started asking her to have another sibling.

"I was like, 'I'm too old. I'm not having any more babies. I'm sorry, love,' " she said. "He just wanted a baby, so he would start praying every night for this baby. Four weeks later, praying every night like, 'Please, let my mom have a baby,' and I'm pregnant with Apollo."

Gwen calls that pregnancy a miracle. She also admits she's been lucky enough to have 3 miracles happen in her lifetime. 

"[Hosting The Voice] was the second miracle. The first miracle was getting pregnant. The second was The Voice. And then the third was, obviously, meeting Blake."

Perhaps a fourth miracle is due? Fourth baby, fourth miracle – stranger things have happened!

Will Smith Sued by Musician for Sexual Harassment, Wrongful Termination

Will Smith is facing legal trouble.

The actor/rapper has been sued by violinist Brian King Joseph, who is accusing the superstar and his company of sexual harassment and wrongful termination.

In his official documents, Joseph names Smith and Treyball Studios Management as defendants and claims Smith is guilty of "predatory behavior" and "deliberately grooming and priming Mr. Joseph for further sexual exploitation" while on his Based on a True Story: 2025 Tour this past spring.

According to the civil complaint, the America's Got Talent alum was invited in November 2024 to join Smith on the controversial tour, which kicked off its run in Las Vegas in March.

As their relationship grew closer, Smith allegedly told Joseph that "you and I have such a special connection, that I don't have with anyone else," among other similar remarks that caused Jones to question to rapper's intentions.

Joseph also says he went to his Las Vegas hotel room one evening — which had been booked by Smith's company — to find some had "unlawfully" entered the room.

Once inside, he supposedly discovered wipes, a beer bottle, a bottle of HIV medication with another individual's name, and hospital discharge paperwork belonging to another person.

Joseph interpreted this as a warning that "an unknown individual would soon return to his room to engage in sexual acts" with him.

Smith, of course, has been out of the spotlight for a couple years now… ever since he slapped Chris Rock on stage at the Academy Awards in 2022.

We still can't believe that happened.

Back to the lawsuit, however:

Jones says his employment was terminated days after the aforementioned incident, with Joseph stating that he was told by management that they were "moving in a different direction."

He alleged, though, that he was quickly replaced by another violinist in the same position.

Per the legal documents, Joseph further alleges that Smith was "grooming and priming" him "for further sexual exploitation" since their first meeting in November 2024.

The lawsuit claims that, due to the firing, Joseph suffered from PTSD and economic loss.

He is suing for retaliation, wrongful termination and sexual harassment, and that damages be determined by a jury.

Smith, who believes he's been canceled due to his skin color, has not yet commented on this lawsuitl

In video obtained by People, Tom and Alix "can be seen chatting and dancing together."

They reportedly whispered in one another's ears and generally enjoyed each other's company for a large portion of the evening.

Reports of this possible new couple come just three weeks after Alix confirmed that she had ended her relationship with Braxton, a wide receiver for the Houston Texans.

"It's just been really hard to process in general, and I think why I've been scared to say something is because I feel like it just makes it more real," Earle said in an emotional TikTok video.

"Braxton and I are no longer together. We have been doing long distance since basically June and we haven't gotten to see each other that often."

At just 25, Earle is one of the most popular influencers on social media.

Her "Get Ready With Me" videos catapulted her to mainstream fame, and she competed on the most recent season of Dancing With the Stars.

Tom, of course, is arguably the greatest football player to take the field.

Years after completing his historic career under center, the 48-year-old remains a fixture in the world of the NFL, as both a broadcaster for Fox Sports and a partial owner of the Las Vegas Raiders.

His ex-wife, Gisele Bundchen, just got remarried last month.

Needless to say, there's quite an age difference between these two, but Tom appears to be Alix's type (a handsome football star).

It's unclear if they left the party in St. Barths together, but this possible romance is already the talk of social media.

JoJo Siwa Changes Her Name, Prompts Mass Speculation

JoJo Siwa is ringing in the new year… with a new name.

On December 31, not long before the calendar turned to 2026, the Dance Moms alum took fans and followers by surprise when she swapped out her nickname in her TikTok bio for her full birth name: Joelle Siwa.

That wasn't all, however.

The 22-year-old singer and performer also alluded to her "plans for 2026" in a social media video, lip-syncing to her single "Boomerang" from 2016 and adding:

"I'mma come back like a boomerang."

In the caption of the reel, Siwa also hinted to her 46 million followers: What a year it is ahead.

Such a name change and subsequent message has folks wondering what lies ahead for Siwa.

Underneath this footage, fans had mixed reactions to JoJo's update, with many in support of a potential rebrand.

"Her changing her name from jojo to Joelle has to be the biggest pull ever!!!" one individual commented. "2026 is gonna be crazy!!!"

Another chimed in with encouragement, writing: "Joelle feels so authentic, wishing you every happiness in 2026."

The star had quite a 2025, highlighted by going public with boyfriend Chris Hughes.

"It's not platonic any more," Siwa told The Guardian in an interview published June 2, adding of herself and her Celebrity Big Brother housemate:

"And it's been a beautiful development, a beautiful connection, and I'm absolutely head over heels for him and he's the same way."

The couple have been keeping busy throughout the month of December, as well, with Siwa hosting a soccer-themed birthday for her boyfriend as he turned 33 on December 22.

"This day 33 years ago was a good good day… the day my favorite person was born happy birthday to my love," Siwa wrote online at the time.

"I couldn't imagine a life without you in it anymore, you are the best friend, son, brother, and boyfriend. You make my life better each day that passes. Everyone who knows you is a lucky one. Love you lots and lots more than tater tots."

So there we have it on a personal level for JOELLE Siwa. Things are going very well.
