Milania Giudice Tells Mom Teresa to ‘Shut the F–k Up,’ Gets Confronted …

Milania Giudice is having quite a year, and the latest family drama is raising more than a few eyebrows.

The 20-year-old daughter of The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice shared — and quickly deleted — a video showing herself in a heated exchange with her mother and older sister, Gia Giudice.

Adding an especially bizarre element to the situation? Multiple police officers were apparently nearby.

The brief clip appears to have been filmed at an airport, though it’s unclear exactly where the family was headed or why law enforcement was present.

“This is what we do now,” Milania repeatedly says in the video.

Teresa responds by repeatedly telling her daughter, “I love you.”

Gia then appears to attempt to calm the situation, telling Milania, “Let her do what she wants to do.”

That apparently did not help.

“Shut the f–k up!” Milania shouted, seemingly at Teresa.

And that’s where the video ends.

Unfortunately for anyone hoping for additional context, Milania’s now-deleted Instagram Story does not explain what sparked the confrontation or why police officers were standing nearby.

Page Six reports that it’s also unclear whether Teresa or Gia contacted law enforcement. Neither Milania nor her family has publicly explained the circumstances surrounding the encounter.

Of course, the timing is noteworthy.

Milania was arrested in May and charged with one count of simple assault following a domestic dispute. During a subsequent court hearing, a judge alleged that she knowingly caused bodily injury to another person by striking the individual in the head with her fist.

Milania later acknowledged that she “was not in a good area” of her life when the incident occurred and said she needed to learn from what happened.

She has since enrolled in anger management classes, and her next court date is scheduled for September 29.

The young reality star has also endured a devastating loss this summer following the death of her best friend, Victoria Zardoya, in a July accident.

So, while the latest video is certainly raising questions, there is still plenty that viewers don’t know about what happened behind the scenes.

For now, all we have is a short clip of Milania, Teresa, and Gia arguing, with police officers standing nearby and absolutely no explanation for why any of it was happening.

And now the internet is left to wonder what exactly went down before Milania hit “delete.”

Lindsay Clancy Jurors Were On Their Phones During Trial, Rogue Juror Claims: What Now?

After the Lindsay Clancy prosecution ended in a mistrial, the rogue juror spoke out.

Since then, mostly through intermediaries, he has continued.

In addition to sounding defensive over the way that other jurors characterized him, he has even seemed to imply that others behaved improperly.

Why were the Clancy jurors on their phones during the trial?

Lindsay Clancy jurors had full phone access the whole time?

Rogue juror Michael Desronvil authorized Ray Marcel, of Fugitive TV, to speak on his behalf.

In the aftermath of the Lindsay Clancy mistrial, he did just that while speaking to NewsNation’s Brian Entin.

“Michael told me almost everybody had their phone on them,” Marcel reported.

“It wasn’t like they took their phones away and locked them away,” he added.

Traditionally, banning jury members from researching the case through the media or by speaking outside of court is sufficient. Most juries are not sequestered and most juries are trusted with their devices.

“I mean, there were jury members, which I’m not going to say names, that were posting on social media allegedly while deliberations were going on,” Marcel then alleged.

(Posting on social media is not necessarily a violation of jury ethics — unless it pertains to the case, or violates a judge’s instructions.)

Marcel admitted: “I don’t know if they were allowed their phones, but they weren’t taken away.”

It would likely be improper phone use for a juror to research the case, read social media opinions on laws or evidence related to the case, or “livetweet” (on any platform) the events of a trial.

However, when jurors are allowed to use their phones, it’s usually just fine for them to discuss dinner plans, post about what video games they’ve been enjoying lately, or post thirsty emojis under NSFW photos. You know, the usual.

I’ve gotta say, this guy doesn’t sound like an impartial juror just trying to do his civic duty 😐

Did someone on the jury do something unethical?

Why is jury phone usage during the Lindsay Clancy trial a topic?

The defense attorney, Kevin Reddington, filed a motion to investigate Desronvil’s alleged phone use during deliberations.

While Desronvil has apparently been advised that this works in his favor — because he is being “singled out” — it seems that Reddington suspects that Desronvil may have violated jury ethics.

Juror misconduct can range from a casual mention of a case to a partner all the way to accepting a bribe or altering the deliberations because they want a book deal one day.

Often, a juror might receive clarification or perhaps an admonishment from a judge. In some cases, some behavior amounts to criminal misconduct. Jurors might risk a charge of contempt of court.

It is unclear if Reddington believes that Desronvil committed some specific electronic violation, or simply hopes to check.

If any member of the jury violated the rights of the defendant to a fair and unbiased trial, that would be a big problem.

As for Desronvil’s apparent insinuation that other members of the jury used their phones … it’s unclear what violations he is implying.

Much of the internet discourse about the trial was manosphere types and the broader far right either disputing the existence of postpartum psychosis, using its existence to try to repeal women’s voting, or both.

At any rate, the mistrial is a mistrial. A charge of contempt, if necessary, will not change anything for Clancy or anyone else.

Ryan Edwards Loses Custody of Kids Following Alleged Relapse

Ryan Edwards has been down this road before.

And now, his ex-wife Mackenzie Edwards is asking a Tennessee judge to make sure their children don’t get dragged along with him.

Mackenzie has been granted temporary custody of the two children she shares with her ex after alleging that Ryan has relapsed into substance abuse.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, a judge ordered on September 4 that the children remain in Mackenzie’s care. Ryan is still permitted to see Jagger and Stella, but those visits now come with some pretty significant restrictions.

For starters, Ryan can only see the kids at the home of his parents, Jen and Larry Edwards, and those visits must be supervised by his parents. He also cannot drive or otherwise transport the children.

And Amanda Conner, Ryan’s current wife, is completely out of the equation for now.

The court order states that Amanda “shall not supervise, transport or be alone with the children.”

Mackenzie’s emergency request came after she claimed she had a “good-faith basis to believe” that Ryan had relapsed.

Her attorneys specifically alleged that Ryan had been using kratom, which they described as having stimulant and opioid-like effects.

The judge also ordered Ryan to undergo a specialized drug test involving a fingernail sample. The sample is supposed to be tested for the “longest scientifically supported lookback period.”

So yes, this is considerably more serious than the average Teen Mom custody squabble.

Mackenzie and Ryan previously agreed to a parenting plan in August 2025 that gave Mackenzie 225 days with their children and Ryan 140 days, including overnight visits.

The new restrictions don’t completely cut Ryan out of his children’s lives, however. In fact, Mackenzie’s attorneys stressed that she wants to preserve the kids’ relationships with both their father and grandparents.

“Immediate temporary relief is necessary to maintain the children in a safe and stable environment until [Ryan’s] sobriety and the safety of his household can be evaluated,” her attorneys argued.

Ryan and Mackenzie split in February 2023 after six years of marriage. Their relationship and Ryan’s long-running struggles with addiction have been documented extensively throughout the Teen Mom franchise.

And there was a time when things appeared to be looking up.

In 2024, Ryan’s previous baby mama, Maci Bookout, said he was approaching a year of sobriety and praised the progress he had made.

Now, a judge is ordering drug testing and supervised visits while Mackenzie’s allegations are evaluated.

Ryan’s attorneys have been contacted for comment, but the latest court documents make one thing clear: This Teen Mom storyline is far from over.

Carrot Top 911 Call Reveals Frantic Effort to Save Comedian ‘Trying to Commit …

On September 18, Carrot Top was hospitalized following an alleged suicide attempt.

A number of details have since come to light, including a legal battle that he was facing.

Now, the 911 audio has been released.

This frantic, desperate call likely saved his life.

The Carrot Top 911 call has been released

TMZ obtained and released audio from the dramatic emergency call at the heart of Carrot Top’s hospitalization.

“I have an emergency. Someone’s trying to … trying to commit suicide,” the frantic caller tells the dispatcher.

According to the caller, she went to check on the comedian, whose real name is Scott Thompson, at the request of one of his employees.

She found him near the pool, and described him as “awake but passing out.”

Though the caller was unable to articulate why she felt certain that Thompson had attempted suicide, she emphasized the urgency of medical intervention.

The call audio shows increasing levels of distress as it continues.

“Yeah, yeah. I don’t know what to do. I don’t know what to do. Get them on the line,” the caller urges.

The dispatcher’s focus had been on determining whether medical assistance was needed. The caller, however, seemed certain.

Eventually, the call was transferred for medical assistance.

Some emergency calls are simple — “there’s a fire” requires very little explanation. Others involve a lot of questions that could save someone from an expensive EMS bill or save someone’s life even before paramedics arrive.

What led to the alleged suicide attempt?

As we know, 61-year-old Carrot Top ended up in the hospital.

In August of this year, singer Brian Evans filed a lawsuit for $15 million against the comedian.

(Evans previously worked as an opening act for him, and they have a complex legal history dating back a couple of years.)

Within the lawsuit, he alleged that Thompson had sent him an unsolicited and sexually explicit video.

A younger man, Zachary Defazio, filed a supporting statement, accusing Thompson of catfishing him on Grindr and furnishing him with alcohol when he was only 19. He alleged that Thompson would then engage in sexual activity with him while he was intoxicated.

Defazio’s allegations against the comedian have not been proven in court.

Thompson’s attorneys have accused Evans of using the NSFW video to run an extortion campaign against Thompson.

They have also asked the court to step in to halt further legal action, pointing to the comedian’s alleged suicide attempt.

We cannot pretend to know the truth in this matter. This sounds very complex for everyone involved.

However, we are glad that Thompson survived and, whatever comes in court, we’re sure that his accusers would rather prove their cases in court than have the case end with a tragic suicide.

Hayley Williams Shares Tribute to Ex-Husband Chad Gilbert: ‘I Will Forever Be …

Hayley Williams is paying her respects to her late ex-husband.

On Sunday, September 20, New Found Glory guitarist Chad Gilbert passed away.

He was only 45.

Williams has found the words to pay tribute to the complicated man who influenced her and an entire genre of music.

Hayley Williams is paying her respects to her ex

Taking to her Instagram Story on Wednesday, September 23, Hayley Williams spoke about her ex-husband’s passing.

“Have not known what to say or if it’s appropriate,” the Paramore lead vocalist began the text post.

“But,” Williams continued, “I feel sure now that I want to [because] life is made of the paths we cross and the reasons we cross them are infinite.”

She affirmed: “Chad is indeed a legend in the scene.”

Williams continued: “And my time connected to him taught me a lot.”

“He introduced me to people that continue to shape my life in beautiful ways,” Williams wrote of her ex-husband.

Continuing to speak of Gilbert, Williams acknowledged that “there isn’t much that hasn’t already been said about what contributed to the musical world a lot of us grew up in.”

She praised: “His influence and attitude guided the genre forward.”

Williams added: “His passion for fostering the community was inspiring and sticks with me.”

Her ‘love’ and ‘sympathies’ go to those central to his life in his final years

“I will forever be grateful that, from him, I gained a deeper understanding and a reverence for the community and the culture of hardcore,” Hayley Williams expressed in her tribute.

She is keenly aware that she is not the only one grieving him.

Williams sent her “love and my sympathies” to Gilbert’s family, to his New Found Glory bandmates, and to “all his friends.”

Gilbert is survived by his wife, Lisa Cimorelli, and their 5-year-old daughter, Lily.

All things considered, Williams did not have to leave such a generous and warm tribute to the ex who dated her when she was 18 and then cheated on her. But it is very kind that she did.

Chad Gilbert began dating Williams when she was in her late teens. They would remain in a relationship for about a decade before marrying.

Their 2016 marriage only lasted until 2017, however.

Gilbert remarried in 2020 to Cimorelli.

On Sunday, September 20, he passed away after a battle with brain cancer.

He’d had a cancer scare with his thyroid back in 2010, and had spent the past half-decade fighting for his life against a new cancer battle centered upon his brain.

Like Williams, our thoughts are with Gilbert’s loved ones at this time of grief.

Ree Drummond’s Son Jamar Goff Arrested After Allegedly Assaulting Police Officer

Ree Drummond’s family is dealing with some very serious legal trouble.

The Pioneer Woman star’s 23-year-old foster son, Jamar Goff, was arrested in Alabama earlier this month and is facing several charges, including aggravated assault on a police officer.

According to court records reviewed by TMZ, Jamar was booked into Jefferson County Jail in Birmingham on September 15.

He was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, aggravated assault on a police officer, drug paraphernalia possession and attempting to elude an officer.

His bond was reportedly set at $37,000, and Jamar remained in custody as of the latest reports. It is unclear whether he has obtained an attorney.

According to court documents, an officer was called to the University of Alabama at Birmingham campus after receiving a report about a suspicious person.

The officer allegedly found Jamar sleeping shirtless near a fountain.

When officers woke him and asked what he was doing on campus, Jamar allegedly said he was waiting for someone to arrive and sell him “ice,” which the documents identify as another term for methamphetamine.

The situation escalated after officers allegedly discovered that Jamar had an outstanding warrant.

According to the court documents, Jamar then ran from police and eventually ended up at a nearby hospital.

It was there, authorities allege, that Jamar struck an officer with an open-handed palm strike.

Police also allegedly found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in Jamar’s possession.

This is not the first time that the Drummond family has encountered legal issues. Daughter Paige Drummond was arrested for public intoxication in 2019.

For Ree, this is undoubtedly a difficult development involving someone she has publicly described as an important member of her family.

Ree and her husband, Ladd Drummond, welcomed Jamar into their family as a foster son in 2018, after he became close with their sons through football.

Ree eventually opened up about Jamar publicly, explaining that the family initially wanted to give him privacy while he adjusted to his new home.

By 2020, however, she said Jamar had become an “inextricable part” of the family.

Ree has also shared loving tributes to Jamar on social media over the years, including a 2023 birthday post in which she wrote about her hopes for his future.

“I can’t wait to watch his future unfold,” she wrote at the time. “I know it will be filled with good things. I love you, Jamar!!”

For now, Jamar will have to deal with the serious allegations against him as the legal process moves forward.

Ree’s representatives have been contacted for comment but have not yet responded.

Collin Gosselin Says Kate Should ‘Be Nervous’ About His Memoir

Collin Gosselin doesn’t feel anxious about releasing his memoir.

Ahead of the premiere of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, he’s taking time to promote his book.

Someone should feel nervous, he says. It just isn’t him.

It’s not difficult to guess that he means his awful mother, Kate.

Collin Gosselin is ‘not the one that should be nervous’

Collin Gosselin is one of the stars of Season 5 of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.

Yes, his infamous mother, Kate, previously appeared on the 2000s-cringe-vibes reality star mashup series in Season 1.

His memoir, In the Shadow of Eight: Surviving the Reality of My Childhood, releases mere weeks from now.

While promoting the Season 5 premiere, he was asked if he feels “nervous” for people to read it.

Collin replied: “I mean, I’m just going to say this: I’m not the one that should be nervous.”

From context of everything from his book to the sad story of his life, it is clear that Collin is referring to his mother.

Indeed, there are reports that Kate Gosselin has been “spiraling” upon hearing that her estranged son has a memoir coming out.

The psychology of bad parents is complex and varies from ideological villains to extreme mental illness to people who have simply chosen to be monsters.

The final group — often people who may earnestly believe that they or good or that they did their best (or who truly did their best, but it was not good enough) — sometimes react especially poorly to criticism.

There are certain types of bad parents whose abuse is largely prompted by an obsession with image, especially to the public. To such a person, a child coming out with a memoir must be their greatest fear made manifest.

‘In The Shadow of Eight’ comes out in October

To be clear, Collin Gosselin has spoken publicly about many topics, from growing up on reality TV to the aspects of his childhood that were never caught on camera.

(Long ago, a video surfaced of Kate hitting him, but his descriptions make it sound like this was only one small part of growing up.)

In 2024, Collin described Kate allegedly zip-tying his hands and feet together and locking him away in the basement.

(At the time at which he spoke up, Kate declined to comment on the allegations.)

Then, when he was 12, Kate locked Collin away — no “allegedly” required — in an institution. He says that it was to cover up her abuse. She claims that it was due to alleged behavioral issues.

After two years locked away, Jon was able to finally get custody of Hannah and Collin, rescuing him from the institution and taking him home.

(Many have observed that abuse and institutionalization might both encourage someone to seek out a structured environment such as the military, though Collin’s dream of joining the Marines fell through.)

For the record, Jon’s ex, Colleen, a woman with no real incentive to speak out at all, has repeatedly shown up for Collin, defended him publicly, and expressed how proud she is of him after he spent years living in her home.

Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test Season 5 premieres on Thursday, September 24. Disgraced former congressman George Santos is on this season. Truly, a 30 Rock joke of a show.
