What is Dragonspiral Descent in Pokémon Go?

As part of the ongoing storyline of the Season of Heritage, Professor Willow's attempts to unlock the mysterious, ancient door have stirred up some Pokémon from the depths of the cave. These Pokémon were led by Pokémon Go newcomer Druddigon, a Dragon type Pokémon that originally called the Dragonspiral Tower in the Unova region home. Professor Willow has also made a connection between these Pokémon and the Legendaries, Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem. Not only will this event mark the debut of Druddigon, the Cave Pokémon, but Druddigon will be introduced with its Shiny variant unlocked, so be sure to catch as many as you can if you want that brilliant, forest green color!
