What you need to know
- Stats is a new app that puts all of your health data on your Home screen via widgets.
- You have control over which data it displays and there are two widget sizes to choose from.
Put your health data where you're most likely to see it.
A new iPhone app does one thing and one thing only — it takes data from the Health app and puts it into your Home screen. And it does it well, too! Want to know how well you've slept over the last seven days? What about how far you've walked? That, and more, can all be just a glance away.
In fact, Stats supports 14 different types of data, all pulled from the Health app — assuming you give it permission, of course. You can choose different styles and sizes for your widgets and you can choose whether the data they display is from the last 7 days, 30 days, or some other time period. The choice is yours.
Stats also lets you display data in graphs and charts for easier visualization and I think you'll be surprised to learn how much of a difference having the data in front of you can make. We look at our Home screens much more than we ever open the Health app!
Features include:
- 14 different health metrics including steps and heart rate.
- Latest value, line graph and bar chart widgets.
- View metric data over different time periods including today, last 7 days and last 30 days.
- Small and Medium widgets for every metric.
- Dynamic units for each metric.
- Light and Dark themes.
- Apple Heath integration to fetch health data.
Stats is available for free via the App Store. In-app purchases are offered for monthly and lifetime unlocks of "Stats Premium, too.
